Abstract
Un dispositif de diagnostic in vitro à flux latéral est décrit lequel comporte un boîtier, des moyens dans le boîtier pour introduire un échantillon à analyser dans le dispositif, des moyens dans le boîtier pour la collecte de fluide, et une bande de support ayant des première et seconde extrémités espacées. La bande de support a une surface présentant des propriétés hydrophiles. La surface comprenant soit un adhésif thermoscellable hydrophile soit un adhésif sensible à la pression hydrophile. L'adhésif augmente l'énergie de surface d'un trajet d'écoulement de fluide dans le dispositif et diminue la tension de surface d'un fluide biologique qui s'écoule le long du trajet d'écoulement de fluide.
