Abstract

Un système de clapet assurant un écoulement de fluide à travers des ouvertures radiales disposées le long dune longueur axiale dune tubulure. Cette dernière comprend au moins un groupe de clapets contenant au moins deux clapets pouvant être actionnés par une bille tombante. Une incrustation (302), p. ex., en acier de qualité standard, prévue dans une doublure plus dure (301) dans louverture, fournit une petite ouverture intermédiaire pendant au moins le temps nécessaire pour ouvrir tous les clapets restants dans le groupe. La petite ouverture limite la chute de pression sur le clapet. Lorsque tous les clapets sont ouverts, les incrustations (302) sont érodées par un matériau abrasif, p. ex., une boue utilisée pour la fracturation hydraulique, et des ouvertures complètes permanentes sont créées.
