Abstract

Un système et une méthode procurent une distribution d'ingrédients alimentaires secs par des lignes de distribution qui utilisent des techniques de propulsion sous vide, et un moyen de mélange des ingrédients alimentaires secs, sans utilisation de liquides tels que l'eau. En évitant l'utilisation d'un liquide pendant la distribution et le transport vers un récipient mélangeur, des coûts d'infrastructure peuvent être atteints tout en évitant des problèmes tels que le gel lié aux systèmes qui transportent les liquides. Une méthode est également proposée pour distribuer les ingrédients alimentaires pour réaliser un mélange optimal entre les ingrédients pour éviter d'endommager les ingrédients par surmélange, et une séparation non souhaitée des ingrédients. Une autre méthode est offerte pour distribuer les ingrédients alimentaires pour éviter la contamination croisée entre les ingrédients dans un lot ou entre les ingrédients de lots séparés. Un ingrédient de nettoyage est utilisé pour nettoyer des lignes sélectionnées pour empêcher la contamination, comme le maïs ou le grain, évitant par conséquent également l'utilisation d'un liquide.
