Abstract
Linvention concerne le traitement dune alimentation en bitume comportant un mélange de bitume, deau et de minerai. Selon un aspect, un séparateur par gravité est prévu pour séparer le bitume de lalimentation en bitume afin de produire un premier flux de dépassement et un premier flux de soupassement. Le premier flux de dépassement comprend un premier flux enrichi en bitume et le premier flux de soupassement comprend un flux réduit en bitume. Un deuxième élément de séparation comprenant une première étape de cyclone est prévu pour séparer le bitume du premier flux de soupassement afin de produire un deuxième flux de dépassement et un deuxième flux de soupassement. Le deuxième flux de dépassement comprend un deuxième flux enrichi en bitume et le deuxième flux de soupassement comprend un deuxième flux réduit en bitume. Un premier élément de recyclage est prévu pour recycler au moins une première partie du deuxième flux de dépassement, vers le séparateur de gravité.
