Abstract

L'invention concerne un système 100 et un procédé permettant de nettoyer des matériaux de débris sur un dispositif de broyage 1. Le système comporte au moins un cylindre à double effet 70 qui sert à la fois à maintenir une force de broyage constante entre une tête 500 et un contenant 400, et également à maintenir une course de nettoyage pour faciliter le passage des matériaux de débris. Le corps dudit au moins un cylindre à double effet 70 est solidement monté sur un châssis principal 300 dans un agencement à centrage automatique et à assise automatique par une monture de cylindre 40. La tige de piston 30 dudit au moins un cylindre à double effet 70 est solidement montée de manière directe ou indirecte sur une bague de réglage 200 selon un agencement à centrage automatique et à assise automatique. La tige de piston 30 comporte un premier élément d'assujettissement 10 et un second élément d'assujettissement 20. Une partie de montage 202 associée à la bague de réglage 200 est capturée entre le premier élément d'assujettissement 10 et le second élément d'assujettissement 20 de la tige de piston 30.
