Abstract

Des procédés dextraction dun hydrocarbure à partir dun gisement exploitable, tels que du bitume à partir de sables bitumineux, sont décrits. Lintégration de procédés dextraction à base de solvant avec des procédés dextraction aqueux est décrite. Dans un mode de réalisation, de leau est éliminée dune alimentation bitumineuse aqueuse qui est ensuite dirigée dans un procédé dextraction à base de solvant. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, un courant produit par extraction par solvant est dirigé dans un procédé dextraction à base aqueuse. Dans les procédés dextraction à base de solvant, une agglomération de fines peut être employée pour simplifier une séparation solide-liquide ultérieure. Le procédé permet la récupération dun hydrocarbure qui pouvait de façon classique avoir été trop difficile à récupérer par un traitement de sables bitumineux et qui était ainsi perdu auparavant. Avantageusement, un produit fongible peut être formé plus efficacement conformément à certains procédés intégrés décrits aux présentes.
