Abstract

Un outil de forage directionnel offre un ensemble de commande du débit pour améliorer le rendement dun marteau fond de trou. Un moteur logé dans un logement sur la colonne de forage produit un mouvement excentrique. Un inverseur placé le long du logement en amont du moteur fonctionne pour dilater et comprimer la cavité centrale en réponse à des changements de pression de fluide produits par la circulation du fluide de forage. Un assemblage décrou stationnaire de tête de débit multivoie comprend une tête de débit multivoie qui tourne avec le rotor du moteur sur un écrou stationnaire multivoie pour créer une fréquence irrégulière de pics de pression dans la cavité centrale lorsque les voies de la tête de débit salignent et se désalignent sur les voies de lécrou stationnaire, ce qui produit une dilatation et une compression arythmiques de la cavité centrale.
