Abstract

L'invention porte sur un matériau en carton stratifié stable du point de vue dimensionnel ayant une partie centrale film de polymère résistant à la déchirure. Le stratifié de carton résistant à la déchirure est un stratifié de carton multicouche comprenant une partie centrale polymère intégrée ayant une résistance à la déchirure, une épaisseur d'au moins 1 mil et une résistance à la déchirure d'au moins 350 grammes-force dans le sens machine et 400 grammes-force dans le sens travers, mesurée par l'essai de propagation de déchirure Elmendorf. Deux substrats en carton sont collés sur les côtés opposés respectifs de la partie centrale polymère, pour conférer une imprimabilité, faciliter l'adhérence et empêcher la résistance de frottement. Le stratifié multicouche carton-polymère-carton est particulièrement utile pour un emballage sécurité-enfants, adapté aux personnes âgées et inviolable et peut être imprimé, estampé à chaud, marqué en relief, découpé à la forme et collé en utilisant des techniques d'impression et de conversion classiques. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de stratification par adhésif et sur un procédé de stratification par extrusion pour la fabrication du stratifié.
