Abstract

Un procédé et un système servant à recycler leau de coke de pétrole vers un procédé de cokéfaction de pétrole au moyen de matière première de sable bitumineux. Leau de coke de pétrole utilisée peut subir une sédimentation, suivie dune étape de traitement, pour produire un flux de solides deau réduite ayant une concentration maximale déterminée en solides cibles. Le traitement facilite le recyclage de leau dans le procédé de cokéfaction de pétrole comme dilueur de coke de pétrole ou eau de préparation. Létape de traitement comprend soit lhydrocyclonage, le filtrage de métal fritté, le flottement et toute combinaison de ces procédés.
