Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un module de commande adaptés pour commander un affichage (19) d'un dispositif avertisseur de proximité. Dans une mine en surface (1) par exemple, des véhicules et d'autres objets (4a, 4b, 4c, 5, 6, 7, 8) sont équipés de caméras (12) pour fournir des images de différentes scènes. Un module de commande (13) d'un tel objet (4a, 4b, 4c, 5, 6, 7, 8) reçoit un signal représentant des informations de position d'un tel objet en provenance d'un récepteur de positionnement fonctionnant par radio (11). Sur la base des informations de position, un sous-ensemble d'au moins une caméra (12) est sélectionné, et un signal de commande est généré pour commander à l'affichage (19) d'afficher des images fournies par le sous-ensemble sélectionné d'une ou de plusieurs caméras (12). Grâce au procédé selon l'invention, la scène la plus pertinente en termes d'évitement de collision peut être affichée à l'intention de l'opérateur.
