Abstract

Les systèmes et les méthodes peuvent comprendre la production dune recommandation de véhicule; la transmission de la recommandation de véhicule à au moins un dispositif de sortie, qui communique la recommandation de véhicule à un ou plusieurs utilisateurs, la collecte des données de télémesure du véhicule au moyen dun dispositif de détection véhiculaire dans le véhicule, le dispositif étant couplé à un ou plusieurs capteurs, et la détermination de données dobservation en fonction de la recommandation de véhicule et des données de télémesure du véhicule, les données dobservation indiquant le respect de la mesure de véhicule recommandée. Les données dobservation peuvent être utilisées pour déterminer les tarifs du service et/ou la couverture du niveau de service pour les utilisateurs.
