Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes pouvant réguler l'expression de séquences nucléotidiques chez des champignons. Ces compositions sont de nouvelles séquences nucléotidiques pour un promoteur à préférence tissulaire, isolé du gène de la lectine d'Agaricus bisporus. Ces séquences s'expriment, de préférence, dans le tissu de l'organe fructifère. L'invention concerne également une méthode utilisant ces séquences régulatrices pour exprimer une séquence nucléotidique chez des champignons. La méthode consiste à transformer une cellule fongique de sorte qu'elle comprenne une séquence nucléotidique liée de manière fonctionnelle à une ou plusieurs des séquences régulatrices de la présente invention; et à régénérer un champignon transformé de manière stable à partir de la cellule transformée.
