Abstract

La présente invention concerne un profil métallique avec une barrière thermique pour fabriquer des portes. Le profil métallique comprend deux éléments structurels métalliques complémentaires. Les deux éléments structurels métalliques complémentaires définissent au moins une zone de jonction entre les deux, chaque zone de jonction définissant un canal entre les deux éléments structurels métalliques complémentaires. Le profil métallique comprend en outre un matériau adhésif structurel pour remplir chacun des canaux. Le matériau adhésif structurel forme simultanément un joint mécanique et une barrière thermique entre les deux éléments structuraux métalliques complémentaires. Le matériau adhésif structurel présente une faible conductivité thermique et un pourcentage élevé dallongement, et maintient une rigidité élevée du profil métallique. Dans un mode de réalisation, les deux éléments structurels sont faits daluminium.
