Abstract

Un procédé dextraction dhydrocarbures dune mousse de bitume à traitement médiocre est décrit. Ledit procédé consiste à soumettre un coulis de bitume, de matières solides et deau à la flottation dans un dispositif de flottation pour produire la mousse de bitume à traitement médiocre; à soumettre éventuellement cette dernière à la centrifugation pour éliminer une partie de leau de la mousse de bitume à traitement médiocre; et à soumettre ladite mousse à une extraction supercritique dans un récipient sous pression au moyen dun fluide supercritique pour produire un flux dhydrocarbures pouvant être amélioré davantage.
