Abstract

Un appareil , un système et une méthode servent à soulever et abaisser un bâtiment, où un étrier reçoit l'extrémité dun montant de soulèvement de bâtiment et se déplace verticalement sur un guide vertical. Létrier est relié à un vérin, et l'étrier et le vérin sont dotés de mécanismes de blocage libérables de manière indépendante. En fonctionnement, le vérin est bloqué sur le guide à une position de support initiale pour permettre au vérin de se déplacer, puis le vérin est bloqué sur le guide pour permettre au vérin de se déplacer dans une nouvelle position de support sur le guide, permettant à l'étrier de monter et de descendre le long du guide par blocage et mouvement en alternance des composantes.
