Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil de commande de dispositif de fixation, lequel appareil comprend une source de puissance, un circuit de commande, un moteur, un premier cylindre, un premier piston, un convertisseur de mouvement linéaire, un second cylindre, un second piston, une enclume, un élément de rétention retenant un composant de l'appareil, et au moins un capteur. Pendant une course de compression, le premier piston comprime un gaz dans un premier cylindre à une pression prédéfinie. Le gaz comprimé est communiqué au second cylindre, et la force de rétention de l'élément de rétention est vaincue, de façon à libérer le composant retenu de l'appareil, de façon à provoquer ainsi le déplacement linéaire du second piston et à permettre ainsi à l'enclume d'entraîner le dispositif de fixation dans la pièce à travailler. Pendant une course de retour du premier piston, un vide créé dans le premier cylindre est communiqué au second cylindre, provoquant la rétraction du second piston et de l'enclume vers leurs positions initiales.
