Abstract

Linvention présentement révélée et les réalisations particulières de linvention portent sur des formulations, des méthodes, des procédures et des combinaisons de celles-ci en vue du traitement de plusieurs types de troubles et de blessures provoqués par un traumatisme ou toute autre cause neurologique, notamment, mais non exclusivement une blessure au cerveau, une ischémie du système nerveux central, une blessure à la moelle épinière, une blessure au système nerveux entérique et une blessure au nerf périphérique. Les formulations de la présente invention comprennent deux, trois ou quatre composés actifs biologiquement sélectionnés parmi : A. au moins un composé actif biologiquement sélectionné parmi des anticonvulsifs et des antiépileptiques; B. au moins un composé actif biologiquement sélectionné parmi les neurostéroïdes et les stéroïdes neuroactifs; C. au moins un composé actif biologiquement sélectionné parmi les antagonistes du récepteur NK-1 et D. au moins un composé actif biologiquement sélectionné parmi les composés renfermant du lithium et des composés associés au lithium.
