Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de remise en état de calandres dans les réacteurs nucléaires et elle porte plus précisément sur un procédé pour fixer des tubes de calandre à une tôle de plaque tubulaire dans une calandre lors de la remise en état d'un réacteur nucléaire. Un procédé de remise en état d'une calandre selon l'invention comprend les étapes de : formation d'entailles, dents ou gorges circonférentielles sur le diamètre extérieur d'un tube de calandre; et dilatation/déformation du tube de calandre dans un perçage d'une tôle de plaque tubulaire de la calandre, de sorte que les arêtes vives des dents « mordent » dans la tôle de la plaque tubulaire pour établir un raccordement étanche aux fuites.
