Abstract

Une enceinte à environnement contrôlé comporte un système de chauffage et de refroidissement et un système de régulation relié au système de chauffage et de refroidissement pour réguler celui-ci. Le système de régulation permet de passer dun mode de régulation environnemental, pour créer des conditions environnementales prescrites par lutilisateur dans lespace intérieur, et un mode de stérilisation/pasteurisation pour chauffer le contenu de lespace intérieur à des valeurs situées à lintérieur dune plage suffisamment élevée au-dessus des conditions environnementales prescrites pour stériliser/pasteuriser le dit contenu de lespace interne. La fonction de stérilisation/pasteurisation permet de réduire ou déliminer la nécessité que le personnel doive laver physiquement lespace intérieur de lenceinte avec des produits chimiques de nettoyage.
