Abstract

Un composite résorbable biocompatible pour ostéosynthèse comprend des particules ostéoconductrices dispersées dans une matrice polymère poreuse ayant une pluralité de passages de fluide qui exposent au moins une partie dune pluralité des particules ostéoconductrices à une partie extérieure de la matrice polymère. Le composite peut en outre comprendre un additif chimique incorporé dans la matrice polymère, ladditif chimique étant configuré pour modifier une ou plusieurs parmi lacidité, le taux de dégradation, le point de fusion, lhydrophilie et lhydrophobicité de la matrice polymère. Un procédé de fabrication de composite comprend le mélange des particules ostéoconductrices avec un matériau polymère et ladditif chimique pour former un mélange et le traitement du mélange pour lier les particules ostéoconductrices avec le matériau polymère pour créer une unité solide.
