Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication dun câble optique de communication. Le câble optique de communication comprend au moins un élément de retenue bloqué par rapport à la propagation de leau. Le câble optique comprend, en plus de l'élément de retenue, au moins deux éléments de transmission logés dans l'élément de retenue et une fibre gonflable à leau logée dans l'élément de retenue. Le procédé comprend les étapes d'association des éléments de transmission et de la fibre gonflable à leau en vue de former un faisceau, l'extrusion de l'élément de retenue autour du faisceau, où un agent antifriction poudreux est appliqué à l'élément de transmission à l'étape d'association des éléments de transmission et de la fibre gonflable à leau. Avantageusement, le câble optique est bloqué et la fibre gonflable à leau ninduit pas d'effets de microcourbure sur les éléments de transmission.
