Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'infusion comprenant une chambre d'infusion pour extraire et/ou dissoudre une substance prédisposée dans une capsule dosette. La chambre d'infusion présente un premier élément de chambre d'infusion et un deuxième élément de chambre d'infusion et le premier élément de chambre d'infusion peut se déplacer entre une position de chargement, dans laquelle le premier et le deuxième élément de chambre d'infusion sont écartés l'un de l'autre, et une position d'extraction, dans laquelle le premier et le deuxième élément de chambre d'infusion sont rapprochés l'un de l'autre afin de former une chambre d'infusion pratiquement fermée. Chaque élément de chambre d'infusion présente un moyen de perforation, le premier moyen de perforation permettant de percer le couvercle de la capsule, le deuxième moyen de perforation la zone de fond de la capsule dosette. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé d'extraction et/ou de dissolution d'une substance prédisposée dans une capsule dosette, l'ouverture de la capsule dosette se faisant sur son côté entrée et sur son côté sortie.
