Abstract

L'invention porte sur des dérivés D02S conjugués à des ligands monosaccharidiques directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un lieur et éventuellement chélatés à un métal, les dérivés D02S ayant la structure suivante : où R'1 et R'2 représentent chacun indépendamment un groupe -OH ou -O-alkyle ; R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un lieur ou un ligand ; R3 représente un lieur et/ou un ligand ; n représente un nombre entier de 1 à 10 ; le lieur est un acide aminé, un peptide, un amino-alcool, un polyéthylèneglycol, un alkyle, un alcényle, un alcynyle, un azide, un composé aromatique, un acide carboxylique ou un ester, l'alkyle, l'alcényle ou l'alcynyle étant éventuellement substitué par un alkyle, un halogène, un groupe nitro, un groupe hydroxyle, un groupe amino ou un groupe carboxyle ; le ligand est une fraction ciblant GLUT1.
