Abstract

Un système d'aide à la décision permettant de résoudre un problème comprend des modules logiciels implémentés sur un support lisible par un ordinateur. Les modules logiciels comprennent un module d'entrée/sortie et un module de questions-réponses. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : recevoir des informations relatives à un problème à l'aide du module d'entrée/sortie ; sur la base des informations relatives au problème, créer une interrogation ; donner une pluralité de réponses à l'interrogation en utilisant le module de questions-réponses ; calculer des valeurs numériques pour de multiples dimensions de justification provenant de sources de justification pour chacune des réponses en utilisant le module de questions-réponses ; calculer une valeur de confiance correspondante pour chacune des réponses sur la base de la valeur numérique de chaque dimension de justification en utilisant le module de questions-réponses, et ; délivrer les réponses, les valeurs de confiance correspondantes et les valeurs numériques de chaque dimension de justification pour une ou plusieurs réponses sélectionnées à l'aide du module d'entrée/sortie.
