Abstract

Un rembourrage de casque consiste en des ensembles de tubes. Une armature et des tubes sont connectés et fixés à lintérieur de la coque. Une pièce de fixation fixe une cage à la coque, ce qui permet de monter les côtés de la cage directement contre la coque. La coque est moulée avec des parties évidées recevant deux branches de la mentonnière de chaque côté où elles seront fixées à la coque pour assurer une transition en douceur et réduire le poids. Un dispositif de réglage comprend une roue en étoile de chaque côté du casque fixée à une bande flexible arquée sétendant vers larrière autour de la zone occipitale du crâne. Un mécanisme coulissant fixé à la bande permet le déplacement de cette dernière vers lavant et larrière afin den permettre le serrage ou le desserrage, respectivement, en fonction de la tête du joueur. Un dispositif dajustement latéral par encliquetage est également présenté.
