Abstract

Un collier à coins pour tubes de production rotatif servant à suspendre un tube de production dans un puits de forage au site dun rotateur de tubing en surface. Le collier à coins pour tubes de production rotatif comprend un mandrin tubulaire auquel une caisse est attachée de manière amovible à une extrémité. Lextrémité opposée du mandrin tubulaire a une configuration qui lui permet de se raccorder au tube de production. De préférence, le mandrin tubulaire est configuré pour que son raccordement au tube de production et sa séparation de celui-ci puissent être réalisés au moyen dun appareil de clé de vissage automatique au moment denlever la caisse du mandrin tubulaire. Une fois le mandrin tubulaire raccordé au tube de production ou séparé de celui-ci, la caisse peut préférablement être rattachée à lextrémité du mandrin tubulaire. De préférence, la caisse peut être vissée à lextrémité du mandrin tubulaire. La caisse définit une partie dengagement du rotateur de tubing dont la forme et la configuration permettent dengager le rotateur de tubing de manière solide lorsque ce dernier y est introduit. La partie supérieure de la caisse est conçue pour ne pas tourner lorsquon fait tourner le collier à coins pour tubes de production rotatif dans le rotateur de tubage. De préférence, la partie supérieure de la caisse est isolée de la rotation du corps de la caisse par un glissement et/ou un roulement.
