Abstract

Un mélange colloïdal dun matériau cimentaire dans un liquide comme de leau pour former une suspension de mortier liquide pour pomper à un emplacement à utiliser comprend un réservoir de mélange et un broyeur de mélange colloïdal qui broie et pompe le matériau mélangé avec le matériau étant circulé de manière répétitive entre le broyeur et le réservoir. Le broyeur de mélange colloïdal comprend un boîtier qui définit une chambre généralement cylindrique contenant un rotor formé de manière à définir un dégagement de lordre de 3 mm entre la paroi avant et arrière du boîtier et le rotor avec des trous depuis une face avant bombée du rotor à la face arrière pour transporter les matières mélangées au dégagement où une action de cisaillement a lieu pour cisailler les particules dans les matières mélangées avant de sortir par la sortie.
