Abstract

L'invention concerne un système pour construire une structure résidentielle ou commerciale et/ou pour réhabiliter une structure existante, lequel système comprend une série d'éléments de construction coopérant avec des matériaux de construction classiques pour améliorer l'intégrité structurelle du bâtiment en cas de forces éoliennes destructrices, de forces de torsion et de forces sismiques, telles que celles qui sont communément associées aux ouragans et aux tornades.
