Abstract

Des phosphoramidates de nucléosides et leur utilisation comme agents pour traiter des maladies virales sont décrits. Plus particulièrement, on décrit des diastéréomères à base de phosphore (voir la formule I) ou le(S)-isopropyl 2-(((S)- (perfluorophénoxy)(phénoxy)phosphoryl)amino)propanoate cristallin représenté par la formule (voir la formule II). Ces composés sont des inhibiteurs de la réplication virale dARN ARN-dépendante et sont utiles comme inhibiteurs de la polymérase NS5B du VHC, comme inhibiteurs de la réplication du VHC, et pour le traitement dune infection par lhépatite C chez les mammifères.
