Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de surveillance de poste électrique de transformation à double-protocole et le procédé correspondant. Les réseaux A et B d'un ancien protocole d'une couche de commande de poste électrique sont connectés à un dispositif de surveillance, de contrôle et de protection répondant à une ancienne norme de protocole. Des réseaux A et B d'un nouveau protocole de la couche de commande de poste électrique sont connectés à un dispositif de surveillance, de contrôle et de protection répondant à une nouvelle norme de protocole. Un serveur d'arrière-plan de surveillance est prévu avec quatre ports Ethernet respectivement reliés aux réseaux A et B des nouveau et ancien protocoles, il reçoit des données provenant des dispositifs de surveillance, de contrôle et de protection répondant à la nouvelle et à l'ancienne norme de protocole, et traite respectivement les données selon de nouvelles et d'anciennes normes de protocole. Le système est compatible avec un dispositif de communication de protocole IEC61850 et de protocole IEC103 et le système de surveillance intelligent fait d'un seul tenant de données. À travers un verrouillage de couche de commande de poste électrique, une fonction de prévention de mauvais verrouillage dans l'échelle de poste électrique est obtenue, et par ailleurs, une transition en douceur des nouvelle et ancienne normes de protocole est obtenue.
