Abstract
La présente invention concerne des systèmes, des procédés, et des dispositifs de fourniture d'un implant tibial comprenant une tige anatomique qui fournit une interface étroite entre l'implant et l'os l'entourant. La taille de la tige, sa forme en coupe ou son orientation depuis une partie proximale de la tige jusqu'à la pointe de la tige varient. La variation de la tige s'adapte à la variation de l'anatomie du tibia dans lequel le composant d'implant est implanté. La tige offre une résistance à la rotation de l'implant et réduit les effets de bouclier anti-contrainte en transmettant les forces dans l'os environnant. Dans certaines mises en application, l'interface entre la tige et l'os est complétée par des extensions d'ailettes qui s'étendent vers l'extérieur à partir de la tige et augmentent le contact entre l'implant et la structure osseuse environnante.
