Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et des appareils pour le micro-traitement d'alliages à base de fer pour les transformer et/ou les mettre en forme et les matériaux résultants obtenus en traitant de l'acier à basse, moyenne, et haute teneur en carbone et d'autres alliages à base de fer pour former au moins une microstructure mélangée qui peut contenir de la martensite, de la bainite et des carbures non dissous, et peut également contenir des microstructures d'acier complexes qui comprennent des portions de bainite, de bainite coalescée, de ferrite aciculaire, d'austénite et/ou de martensite résiduelles conjointement avec des associations de celles-ci en réalisant un micro-traitement d'un alliage à base de fer.
