Abstract

L'invention porte sur une structure (12) de support d'échantillon de tissu sectionnable comprenant un composé sous forme de gel mis sous une forme géométrique autoporteuse pour la retenue et l'orientation d'au moins un échantillon de tissu (16) pendant un processus d'histopathologie comprenant le traitement, l'enrobage et le tranchage par microtome de l'échantillon de tissu (16). L'invention porte également sur un procédé d'orientation, de traitement, d'enrobage et de tranchage par microtome d'un échantillon de tissu (16) utilisant un composé sous forme de gel préalablement mis sous une forme géométrique autoporteuse (12). L'invention porte également sur une association comprenant la structure (12) de support d'échantillon de tissu sectionnable et un emballage (40, 42) contenant la structure (12) de support d'échantillon de tissu sectionnable.
