Abstract

Un dispositif de vanne de déviation activée mécaniquement pour permettre au fluide dêtre pompé à travers le tuyau ou à la colonne de production spiralée dêtre contournée autour dun train doutils et dans le puits de forage est décrit. Lactivation de la vanne de déviation est accomplie en appliquant un poids sur loutil à lappareil pour cisailler un ensemble de vis de cisaillement, ce qui permet au mandrin de se déplacer axialement par rapport au boîtier tubulaire. Labaissement du train de tiges et létablissement du poids sur loutil désalignent les orifices de dérivation de fluide dans le mandrin et le boîtier, forçant ainsi le fluide à continuer à sécouler à travers lalésage de loutil et le train doutils au-dessous de loutil de déviation. Le prélèvement sur le train de tiges aligne les orifices correspondants dans le mandrin et le boîtier, et permet au fluide de sécouler de lalésage de loutil à lespace annulaire du puits de forage, contournant ainsi dautres outils en fond de trou du dispositif.
