Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble détection de rayonnement qui comprend une chambre d'ionisation permettant de détecter un rayonnement. Une enceinte extérieure renferme la chambre d'ionisation dans un volume intérieur. Une paire de structures de support soutiennent la chambre d'ionisation par rapport à l'enceinte extérieure. Les structures de support sont disposées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre au niveau d'une surface de la chambre d'ionisation, de sorte que la chambre d'ionisation est symétrique par rapport à un axe s'étendant entre les structures de support. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de soutenir l'ensemble détection de rayonnement.
