Abstract

La présente invention concerne une chaudière ayant un brûleur, un premier échangeur de chaleur associé au brûleur, un second échangeur de chaleur au-dessus du premier échangeur de chaleur et en coopération de fluide avec le premier échangeur de chaleur et un ventilateur à prise d'air ambiant au-dessus du second échangeur de chaleur. Le second échangeur de chaleur comporte une section à ailettes placée de manière oblique de sorte que les condensats situés dans le second échangeur de chaleur s'écoulent jusqu'à un point de récupération et sont récupérés dans un purgeur. La chaudière peut comprendre un bac de récupération situé sous les échangeurs de chaleur et en communication de fluide avec le purgeur. Selon un premier aspect, le bac de récupération peut comprendre un élément chauffant permettant au fluide de s'évaporer afin que de l'air humidifié et réchauffé soit expulsé par des orifices d'aération adjacents à la base de la chaudière. Selon un autre aspect, le bac peut comprendre un élément d'évaporation à ultrasons permettant au fluide du bac de s'évaporer.
