Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un traitement d'une substance dans une enceinte fermée contenant au moins un produit. Le procédé peut consister à réguler des niveaux de gaz et de pression dans l'enceinte par un conduit pour créer une atmosphère avec un premier taux de gaz et/ou taux de pression prédéterminés dans l'enceinte, lesdits niveaux de gaz et/ou de pression étant contrôlés par un système de commande programmé avec un ou plusieurs paramètres cibles, points de consigne et/ou instructions de fonctionnement pour obtenir le traitement d'une substance en association avec l'atmosphère souhaitée dans l'enceinte fermée ; et à doser et/ou ajouter une quantité prédéterminée d'au moins une substance dans l'enceinte par le conduit, l'ajout de la substance étant contrôlé par le système de commande en fonction des paramètres cibles, points de consigne et/ou instructions de fonctionnement, ledit enrobage de la substance étant absorbé par ledit produit ou infusant dans ledit produit.
