Abstract

Ce procédé de récupération d'or à partir de minerai d'or contenant de la pyrite comprend : une étape de prétraitement qui comprend une première étape dans laquelle le minerai d'or contenant la pyrite est préparé et une deuxième étape dans laquelle le minerai d'or est chauffé jusqu'à une température d'au moins 450°C dans une atmosphère inerte, et la pyrite dans le minerai d'or est pyrolysée en sulfure de fer (II) et en soufre élémentaire, et qui ne contient pas d'étape de grillage oxydant ; une troisième étape dans laquelle le minerai d'or ayant été soumis à l'étape de prétraitement est mis en contact avec une solution de lixiviation d'or contenant des ions chlorure, des ions bromure et des ions fer, tout en étant approvisionnée en un agent oxydant, ce qui permet de lixivier le composant d'or dans le minerai ; une quatrième étape dans laquelle, après ajout de la solution obtenue par lixiviation du composant d'or dans l'étape 3, un agent oxydant est ajouté pour ajuster le potentiel redox à au moins 520 mV, réduisant la quantité d'ions cuivre monovalents dans le lixiviat d'or ; et une cinquième étape dans laquelle l'or dans le lixiviat d'or obtenu dans la quatrième étape est adsorbé par du charbon actif.
