Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation de convoyage incliné (1) destinée à être disposée sur un talus (10) d'un entonnoir d'exploitation à ciel ouvert, permettant de transporter des matières premières (11) d'un poste de chargement (12) situé en profondeur, en particulier d'un front de taille de l'exploitation à ciel ouvert, vers un poste de déchargement (13) se trouvant à un niveau supérieur, en particulier au niveau du sol, comprenant un tracé (14) ménagé sur le talus (10) sur lequel une première cage d'extraction (15) et une deuxième cage d'extraction (16) peuvent être déplacées entre le poste de chargement (12) situé en profondeur et le poste de déchargement (13) se trouvant à un niveau supérieur et qui sont destinées à recevoir les matières premières (11), les cages d'extraction (15, 16) présentant un clapet de vidange (17) pour vider les matières premières (11) des paniers d'extraction (15, 16), le clapet de vidange (17) étant disposé à cette fin de manière mobile entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture sur les cages d'extraction (15, 16). Selon l'invention, un chariot (18) peut être déplacé à partir d'une face externe contre le clapet de vidange (17) et est mobile de manière régulée par le clapet de vidange (17) entre la position de fermeture et la position d'ouverture.
