Abstract

L'invention concerne l'utilisation avantageuse, comme aliment pour animaux, élément alimentaire ou additif alimentaire, d'une composition comprenant une quantité efficace de métabolites de vitamine D ou d'une source quelconque de ceux-ci pour améliorer ou favoriser une résorption de minéraux, en particulier de phosphore et de calcium chez des poissons et crustacés d'élevage. L'invention concerne en outre un moyen permettant une réduction importante de pollution de phosphore en aquaculture lors de l'alimentation de poissons et de crustacés au moyen d'un aliment pour animaux dédiée ayant une teneur en phosphore réduite et complétée en même temps par un tel aliment pour animaux, un tel élément alimentaire ou additif alimentaire.
