Abstract

Il est décrit un procédé de préparation de polymère de PEPlene biodigestible, biocompostable et biodégradable comportant les étapes suivantes : le mélange dau moins un peptide avec au moins une protéine et enzyme; lajout dun agent de compostage; et le mélange avec au moins un polymère en présence dadditif pour obtenir ledit matériau de polymère de PEPlene. Lajout de peptides, denzymes ou de protéines naturels à partir dune source comestible pour créer des polymères non biodégradables et à base de pétrole, notamment de la polyoléfine comme le polyéthylène, le polypropylène et leurs différentes classes, et comme des polymères polyoléfines biodigestibles, biocompostables et biodégradables, est économique et sans danger pour lenvironnement. Les matières plastiques ou produits polymères de PEPlene biodigestibles, biocompostables et biodégradables obtenus par le procédé décrit maintiennent les caractéristiques mécaniques et la durée de conservation, ainsi que le recyclage de polymères égaux au polymère non biodégradable.
