Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif autonome de confinement de déversements de fluide destiné à un pipeline comprenant un conduit porteur servant à transporter un fluide et un conduit de confinement situé autour du conduit porteur pour définir un espace interstitiel destiné à recevoir du fluide déversé en provenance du conduit porteur. Le dispositif comprend une barrière de fluide déversé destinée à stopper un écoulement de fluide déversé, qui se trouve dans l'espace interstitiel et s'étend entre le conduit porteur et le conduit de confinement. Un capteur acoustique est placé dans l'espace interstitiel pour la détection d'un fluide déversé s'écoulant dans le conduit de confinement, ou dans le conduit porteur pour la détection d'une réduction de l'écoulement du fluide.
