Abstract

Un système médical sert à nettoyer le sang dun patient en dialyse pour traiter le sang du patient conformément à une thérapie prescrite. Le module de dialyse comporte une interface sans fil. Un module de passerelle est adapté pour communiquer avec le module de dialyse par linterface sans fil. Le module de passerelle comprend une interface connectée à un hôte distant par au moins un réseau dinterconnexion et est adapté pour fournir un échange bidirectionnel de données entre lhôte distant et le module de dialyse. Le module de dialyse enregistre des données représentant au moins un traitement exécuté sur le patient; transmet au moins une fraction des données enregistrées à lhôte distant par le module de passerelle; transmet au moins un paramètre deffet à lhôte distant par le module de passerelle, le au moins un paramètre deffet reflétant un résultat dun traitement exécuté par le module de dialyse; reçoit les données de contrôle de lhôte distant par le module de passerelle et influence la thérapie prescrite en réaction aux données de contrôle.
