Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'échange géothermique qui comprend un échangeur géothermique positionné dans le sol et un système de distribution couplé à l'échangeur géothermique pour faire circuler de l'eau à travers l'échangeur géothermique pendant le fonctionnement. Le système de distribution peut comprendre une ligne d'alimentation, une ligne de retour et une pompe de circulation pour faire circuler de l'eau à travers la cavité de fluide interne de l'échangeur géothermique par l'intermédiaire des lignes d'alimentation et de retour. Le système de distribution peut comprendre en outre une vanne de purge pour libérer un gaz provenant du système de distribution et un circuit de remplissage qui est conçu pour remplir automatiquement la cavité de fluide interne de l'échangeur géothermique avec de l'eau lors d'une fuite d'eau provenant de l'échangeur géothermique ou d'une conversion d'eau provenant de l'échangeur géothermique en gaz. L'invention porte également sur d'autres systèmes géothermiques et des procédés associés.
