Abstract

L'invention porte sur des procédés et sur des systèmes utilisant au moins un palier d'isolation sismique ayant une forme sensiblement polygonale en vue de dessus et/ou de dessous. De préférence, la forme polygonale est différente d'une forme carrée ; de préférence, la forme est différente d'une forme rectangulaire. Ces paliers d'isolation polygonaux peuvent être réunis facilement et de façon sûre à d'autres éléments ou au plancher ou à la plate-forme, et ont une utilisation particulière dans des systèmes d'isolation sismique modulaires, dans lesquels le plancher ou la plate-forme peut être assemblé de façon à s'adapter à l'espace disponible. Dans des systèmes préférés, les paliers d'isolation polygonaux peuvent être utilisés dans des systèmes à profil bas, par exemple dans des emplacements ayant une hauteur libre restreinte.
