Abstract

Dispositif de protection contre le déversement à utiliser lors du transfert d'un fluide depuis un premier emplacement vers un second emplacement, ledit dispositif comprenant au moins un clapet ; au moins un actionneur de clapet relié au(x)dit(s) clapet(s) ; le(s)dit(s) clapet(s) et le(s)dit(s) actionneur(s) de clapet se trouvant à un premier emplacement ; quand le(s)dit(s) actionneur(s) de clapet se trouve(nt) dans une première position, le(s)dit(s) clapet(s) est fermé et le(s)dit(s) actionneur(s) de clapet sépare ledit premier emplacement dudit second emplacement ; et quand le(s)dit(s) actionneur(s) de clapet se trouve(nt) dans une seconde position, le(s)dit(s) actionneur(s) de clapet relie solidement ledit premier emplacement audit second emplacement et ouvre le(s)dit(s) clapet(s) ; permettant le transfert de fluide dudit premier emplacement vers ledit second emplacement.
