Abstract

La présente concerne un procédé de fabrication dun tissu multicouche. Le tissu a un côté supérieur et un côté arrière, le côté supérieur étant adjacent à un environnement externe lorsque le tissu est en cours dutilisation et le côté arrière étant adjacent à un objet à refroidir lorsque le tissu est utilisé. Le procédé comprend la fourniture dun fil supérieur pour former le côté supérieur du tissu et la fourniture dun fil inférieur pour former le côté arrière du tissu, le fil inférieur ayant un rapport surface sur volume supérieur à celle du fil supérieur. Les deux fils sont combinés pour former un seul tissu, le fil supérieur étant bouclé à travers des bobines dans le fil inférieur et le fil inférieur passant par des bobines dans le fil supérieur de telle sorte que les fils supérieur et inférieur sont liés et mis en réseau entre eux.
