Abstract

Linvention concerne un appareil et un procédé pour gazéifier du bois, avoir un générateur de gaz (1) auquel le matériau pour gazéification et oxygénisation, habituellement en forme dair, fournis, la gazéification ayant lieu dans un réacteur à lit fixe. Le produit de gaz est retiré par une canalisation de produit de gaz (6) et introduit dans un filtre de gaz chaud (2) où un filtre, préférablement fourni avec des bougies filtrantes (7), enlève les solides (par exemple, les éléments solides, comme des particules qui nont toujours pas été gazéifiées, des cendres et des corps étrangers), pendant que le gaz propre passe à travers une canalisation de gaz propre où il est retiré (8). Une sortie (10) est fournie dans la région inférieure du filtre de gaz chaud (2) pour enlever les éléments solides résiduels.
