Abstract

Un dispositif de vanne à clapet destiné à un piston de dérivation est révélé comportant une vanne à clapet et un embrayage. La bobine dembrayage, installée dans le trou dune cage de vanne ou un corps de piston, est faite dun matériau synthétique. Lembrayage limite le mouvement de la vanne à clapet à lintérieur de ladite vanne lorsque la vanne à clapet se déplace entre une position fermée et une position ouverte. La bobine synthétique réduit la friction et augmente substantiellement la durée utile du dispositif de vanne à clapet. La bobine dembrayage entoure la tige de la vanne à clapet et y exerce une tension de serrage prédéterminée. Le diamètre extérieur de la tige de la vanne à clapet et le diamètre intérieur de la bobine dembrayage sont configurés selon une séquence de creux et de crêtes en alternance afin daméliorer laction de lembrayage.
