Abstract

Linvention décrit une méthode de contrôle dun procédé dextraction de sable bitumineux à base deau, la méthode comprenant : a) la fourniture dun flux dalimentation comprenant du sable bitumineux; b) lanalyse du flux dalimentation pour obtenir un paramètre de fines particules indicateur dun contenu de fines particules du flux dalimentation; c) lintroduction du flux dalimentation dans une cellule de séparation principale (PSC); d) le retrait dune mousse de bitume à partir de la PSC; e) le retrait dun mixte à partir de la PSC; f) le retrait de résidus de sables grossiers (CST) à partir de la PSC; et g) le réglage dun gradient de densité dans la PSC basée sur le paramètre de fines particules obtenu.
